Abdul Fikri Angga Reksa studied Sociology (B. A.) and Geography of Environmental Risks and Human Security (M. Sc.). Since 2015, he has been working as a researcher focusing on Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Change Adaptation, and Sustainable Cities. Since April 2016, he has been pursuing his doctoral studies with the support of a full scholarship from the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP). His research focuses on transformative coastal governance using a more-than-human approach under the supervision of Prof. Stefan Partelow.
